GeoMil Equipment B.V. is a major manufacturer of Dutch Cone Penetrometer equipment, used in geotechnical site investigations, the development of which started in Gouda already in 1932, see our historical gallery. GeoMil Equipment was first established in 1996 when the CPT department of the Goudsche Machinefabriek B.V.(GMF) was merged with the Dutch manufacturer Conewel B.V.

The company has over 70 years experience in manufacturing high quality CPT, static sounding and penetrometer equipment, and the name of Gouda is all over the world a guarantee of quality.
 

GeoMil is located in Alphen a/d Rijn, in the "Green Hart" of Holland, halfway between Amsterdam and Rotterdam in a NE-SW direction, and Leiden and Utrecht, in an East-West direction. GeoMil goes Dutch! In the years 2000 to 2003 the company's ownership changed between various international shareholders until on 1st October 2003 GeoMil finally restarted as a management owned company. Now three Personal Holding B.V.'s (Berhorst Holding, Rabouw Holding, Wassenaar Holding) plus Icamat Holding B.V., all registered in The Netherlands, form equal shareholding partners. With Icamat B.V. - specialised in industrial capacities and mechanical automate technology - GeoMil has its main supplier for high precision machined steel components as professional partner and by providing a lean and efficient structure GeoMil is prepared to set mile stones in geotechnical investigation equipment development.
